Last Wednesday 16/02, our provider's servers (Microsoft Azure) experienced an outage from 07:30 UTC to 15:31 UTC. While only a few Odyssee Field Service users were impacted. Our teams tried to mitigate the issues as hard as possible while Microsoft Azure teams were fixing the issue.
Microsoft Azure fixed the issue for all West Europe areas where our servers are located at 15:31 UTC.
